Here at Cas Gasi, we’re savouring the wild beauty of the countryside. The trees are now bursting with figs (we can’t resist!) and the air is heavy with the hum of cicadas.

Our Mediterranean hideaway is a taste of timeless Ibiza – a place of tranquillity, joy and freedom; perfect to enjoy a siesta!

With 300 days a year of sunshine here, we’re already looking forward to the light months ahead. October and November are vibrant times, full of warmth and local life.

Olive harvesting   

During October we gather Cas Gasi’s olives to be cold-pressed into our delicious organic extra-virgin olive oil. We harvest them by hand, using artisanal methods, just as it’s been done for centuries. Guests are welcome to join the fun – or simply sit back and relish the fruits of our labours…
