Day treatments at Cas Gasi

Taking some time out to care for your wellbeing is essential to living a happy and healthy life. Not everyone wants to, or even needs to, take a weeklong detox to bring peace of mind and support a healthful body. Often we just need one day of conscious relaxation to re-centre and feel good about our world and ourselves. This is why Cas Gasi have partnered with health and wellness professionals to design two separate re-energising day treatments.

The ME day
This is a truly indulgent day where clients are encouraged to take full advantage of the Cas Gasi experience. The package includes a full manicure and pedicure, a massage of your choice and a natural facelift treatment in the sumptuous Cas Gasi spa. Combine the ME with the kitchen’s specialised series of alkalising juices throughout the day and you will depart feeling fresh, relaxed and worry-free.

The Cleanse Day
Start with a morning yoga class on the purpose built Cas Gasi yoga deck, followed by a healthy and delicious breakfast smoothie. A mid-morning alkalising juice is delivered to you as you relax by the pool, in your room, in the garden or lounge room and your day is punctuated by two massages of your choice, taking place in the beautiful spa. A raw food salad made primarily from produce harvested in the onsite organic garden is served for lunch followed by an afternoon juice and an evening yoga session. Your healthy, cleansing day is rounded off with a nutritious raw food dinner carefully prepared by the Cas Gasi chef in consultation with the in-house nutritionist.
