La creatividad en la cocina tambi&eacute;n es una gran parte del proceso, para poder maximizar la &uacute;ltima cosecha y asegurar que el desperdicio es m&iacute;nimo. Con las sobras se alimenta a las alegres gallinas de Cas Gas&iacute; que campan a sus anchas por la finca.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" inmediata de las jud&iacute;as verdes, pisto manchego casero hecho con berenjenas y calabacines, salsas de tomate fresco en conserva, delicioso membrillo, conservas de fruta y mermeladas de las deliciosas naranjas a limonada casera con fresqu&iacute;simos limones e incluso una ginebra complementada con sabores frescos, adem&aacute;s de comidas caseras, reconfortantes y sanas&hellip;
