A Love Story between beds and Ibizan gastronomy at eco luxury Agroturismo Cas Gasi

Many years ago, Cas Gasi opened its doors to international travelers, to explore the authentic essence of Ibiza. A restaurant was going to be to located in a beautiful space in the gardens.

Plans changed, the restaurant was moved to another location, and this space became the famous Garden Deluxe Suite, a bestseller among our most sophisticated guests.

Now, there is excitement at Cas Gasi: the restaurant has returned to its original place, among walls which contain over 18 years of stories, secrets and love.

Where do I begin?…. Today we invite both, guests and gastronomy lovers, to explore a world of flavours in our new restaurant, located in this wonderful space full of good energy from the many years of passion, fun and enjoyment it has witnessed while being the temporary home to many of our regular customers and friends.

Under the direction of renowned Chef David Reartes, who shares Cas Gasi’s love for sustainability and a natural, organic cuisine, you are invited to discover the essence of Ibiza, this time through the palate. A culinary project, inspired by the Phoenician historical past of Ibiza, in which through different techniques, textures and flavours the great quality and richness of the local product is shown. A place where to enjoy a living, wild and healthy cuisine that maintains the exquisite properties and taste of the produce.

Be it on the terrace under the ever loyal carob tree, on the lawn next to the pond, or among the olive groves, there is a choice for every preference: during the day, find your moment of relaxation in our particular oasis, in the heart of Ibiza, surrounded by nature, and choose from different, more informal proposals with a unique touch, in our midday menu.

With so much love that has grown and evolved here at Cas Gasi, and that surrounds us now, we look forward to welcoming you to exploring together the wonderful world of cooking, from a sustainable, ecological and healthy perspective.
